Q. Who are TIMEUK.COM?

A. TIMEUK.COM is the direct sales division of Digital World Group Ltd (previously known as Time UK Factory Ltd). We specialize in providing high specification, good quality products with excellent service and support.

Q. Who are Time UK Factory?

A. Time UK Factory is also a division of Digital World Group Ltd and runs all manufacturing facilities at Time Technology Park. It produces PC, Notebooks and Plasma TVs for Trade customers, other retailers and brands, and for Timeuk.com

Q. Will TIMEUK.COM support consumers who purchased TIME branded products from Granville Technology Group Ltd?

A. YES. When TIMEUK.COM launched in the UK, we announced that, in order to protect the TIME brand, we will support all consumer customers who purchased TIME branded products from Granville with full standard manufacturers warranty for 12 months after the purchase date. If you have a TIME product which is faulty but still within the manufacturers 12 month warranty, please contact 0870 122 4300 to register. This covers all parts, labour and carriage costs. We have also negotiated preferable rates for TIME owners who are outside warranty or require extended warranty support. Q. I have seen a system advertised, but I cannot find it online. How can I find it?

A. Find the product E-Code on the advertisement and enter this on the TIMEUK.COM home page. This will find the advertised deal fast!

Q. Do advertised and online prices include VAT?

A. VAT is included in all prices. TIMEUK.COM clearly states where VAT is not included.

    A. Linspire is a version of Linux specially developed for PCs and comes complete with Open Office II full office suite. For the same price as a Windows XP system, you can buy a much higher specification Linux system. Hower all our PCs are available as Windows XP versions as well.

    Q. Why do TIMEUK.COM charge for delivery?

    A. Our delivery charge is £34+VAT= £39.99 for PC packages that includes PC, Monitor, and peripherals. Many deals include FREE Delivery as a special offer. The standard charge is lower than most other direct PC suppliers.
